CP Land Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, has partnered with GREYHOUND ORIGINAL, a unique Thai fashion brand, to revamp the sales staff uniforms across the country. This transformation is based on the concept of “Basic with a twist”, emphasizing simplicity infused with creativity and playful elements, making the uniforms not just clothing but a source of pride for all employees. The new uniforms will be implemented in the real estate sector starting October 2023, before expanding to other business areas.

Ms. Sasinan Allmand, Strategic Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at CP Land, revealed that this is the first time in 40 years that CP Land has revamped its sales staff uniforms in collaboration with GREYHOUND ORIGINAL. The design focuses on “Basic with a twist”, highlighting simplicity while incorporating creative elements suitable for sales staff of all regions, genders, and ages. Wearing the new uniforms is expected to boost confidence and enhance work performance. This initiative aligns with CP Land's brand refresh strategy under the corporate philosophy of ‘Accessible Communities for Life: Quality for Every Life’, which has been continuously enhancing the brand image and fostering brand love since late 2022.

The goal of this uniform transformation is to elevate the uniform beyond mere clothing, featuring smart, modern designs that are easy to wear, comfortable, and unisex. This will allow sales staff to move freely and confidently in their work.

Additionally, the uniform revamp reflects a corporate culture that values employees, recognizing them as key factors in business growth. When employees feel proud, confident, and part of the organization, they deliver better results. CP Land has encouraged employee participation and feedback in the uniform design process, employing an Employee Centric strategy that prioritizes employee needs to foster collaboration and create a positive atmosphere. This aims to enhance customer service and create memorable experiences for customers from the first encounter, ultimately making customers feel valued or Customer Centric, thus becoming a strong and effective driving force for the organization. CP Land plans to gradually implement the new uniforms for sales staff in the real estate sector starting October 2023, before expanding to other business areas.
